Plant Replay

Ignition, by Inductive Automation, offers unlimited history built into the license. Using this, Tamaki Control has developed a feature called Plant Replay. When implemented properly, The Plant Replay Module allows the user to choose any HMI screen in a plant and replay exactly what was happening at any given time. All trends, devices, alarms, operator actions, and program messages have the potential to be replayed. With the ability see what happened days, weeks, or even months ago, Plant Replay has become a revolutionary tool for quickly troubleshooting issues and tracing products through some of the largest food processing plants in the world.
