Ignition is a revolutionary HMI and SCADA system released by Inductive Automation in 2010. It is based on an SQL Database-centric architecture and features unlimited tags, history points and clients. Tamaki Control is a gold certified, Premier Inductive Automation integrator, and has developed “Plant Replay”; a module which allows operators, engineers or plant managers to review the past operation of the factory from any operator client. We have installed Ignition and Plant Replay at multiple sites in the US, UK, Europe, China and New Zealand. Ignition has become Tamaki’s preferred SCADA system due to the capabilities it offers.
We have a long history of working with Rockwell and Allen Bradley products going back to early installations of PLC5 through to the latest ControlLogix and CompactLogix. Our team has worked on Rockwell installations for industries ranging from Food Processing, Pulp & Paper to Petrochemical. Our Rockwell HMI experience includes FactoryTalk View ME and SE as well as older RSView installations.
We have extensive knowledge of Schneider’s PLC family including projects with Modicon, Premium, Twido, M340 and M580 PLCs. Our software experience includes Modsoft, Proworx, PL7, Concept and Unity.
Our team has programmed Siemens S5 and S7 PLCs in multiple regions and industries. We also have installations with Siemens PCS7 in DCS configuration with S7 PLCs and WinCC SCADA.
Our staff were involved with some of the first TDC installations in NZ and we have worked on every generation of Honeywell controller since – including LCS620, HC900, and C200/C300.
We have large iFIX installations on different PLC platforms in multiple markets. Our GE controller experience includes GE Fanuc 90-30, 90-70 and RX3i PLCs.
We have worked with Wonderware for many years and have many successful installations ranging from the original InTouch to Wonderware System Platform.
We have installed and supported CitectSCADA in multiple industries.
Over the years our projects have used a number of other systems including Omron, Yokogawa FCN, Yamatake DEO, Valmet and Foxboro I/A.
